New Chef, New Menu !
Recently, new flavors have been coming out of our kitchens.... While keeping the Martin spirit, our new
Chef Mélissa Ravel adds her unique touch to the dishes.
Passionate about Gastronomy, Art and Painting, it is quite natural that the Chef Mélissa Ravel has put down her knives at the restaurant Martin Paris, located in the heart of the Renaissance Paris République hotel.
The hotel is emblematic of the 10th district of Paris due to its artistic history, its decoration signed by Didier Gomez and its green terrace.
Mélissa wants us to discover her roots and share her origins in the Clermont-Ferrand region, where she gets her taste for nature and local ingredients.
The Mediterranean touch of her cooking comes from her experience in the south of France where she worked with sea products and herbs from the garrigue.
As you can see, with Mélissa, the cuisine of the Martin Paris restaurant remains a home-made cuisine with a love of sharing.
Come and meet Mélissa and her brigade thanks to the semi-open kitchen on the room, and especially taste the bistronomic menu of the restaurant Martin Paris on the terrace around a delicious cocktail creation.
