On Saturdays and Sundays, it's Brunch Time at Martin’s restaurant !

An A la carte Brunch for every desires : Fluffy or Salty Pancakes, Avocado Toast, Pain Perdu, Burgers, Granola ... Discover our menu. A Gourmet menu that changes following the seasons.

Available on Saturdays from 12 a.m until 3 p.m, Sundays from 12 a.m until 4 p.m and Public holidays.

Exhibitions

All year round, we host exhibitions in the lobby of Restaurant Martin and Hôtel Renaissance République.

The works of Magdalena Maatkare uniquely blend painting and textile art. Inspired by the vibrant patterns of African fabrics, she explores the power of color, whose luminous waves emit a subtle energy capable of influencing the well-being of those who behold them.

From March 10 to May 5, 2025, discover the exhibition "Lucides" with Magdalena, presented by Maison Sampler.

Come and explore the exhibition daily from 7 AM to 11 PM. The artworks are available for purchase—feel free to ask us for pricing details
