Enjoy our 4 or 6-course menus,
cooked with seasonal produce by Chef Mélissa Ravel and her team.
The dishes are as beautiful as they are tasty,
and the products are sublimated to let you discover their full flavor.

Local craftsmen, hot Martin dishes, hot drinks and music.

Exhibition Genesis - BRASS
Push open the doors of the Martin restaurant-bar to discover the BRASS exhibition.
His artistic style is inspired by the vibrant, expressive worlds of Jean-Michel Basquiat,
Keith Haring and Dubuffet, combining raw energy, symbolism and spontaneity.
At any time of day, come and discover the works and
and extend the experience with a tea-time or cocktail at Bar Martin.
